The queue
Everything StationChief finds becomes ranked, assignable work — split by workstream, and picked up by your team or by agents you run.
A list that asks you to read everything and promote the worthwhile items is asking your team to do the part you are paying for. StationChief already knows the severity, the money and the age of every item. It orders the list itself, keeps it filled, and re-ranks daily as things arrive and age.
Filter to one domain — security, cost, reliability, whatever that person actually owns — and the list is theirs. The engineer responsible for spend is not scrolling past compliance items to find their work, and the security lead is not negotiating for attention with a right-sizing recommendation.
Every item carries enough context to be acted on without a follow-up conversation: what is wrong, in which account, what to change. Your team can work it directly, or the coding and operations agents you already run can pick items up and execute them.
Completion happens through the API, so an agent closes its own items and the queue reflects what actually happened rather than who remembered to update a tracker. A list that only empties when a human ticks a box stops being true within a week.
Invite-only while we onboard deliberately. We reply either way.
