Best practices

The standard, applied to every account you own.

A library of 117 best practices evaluated continuously across your organisation — each one naming the fix, not just the problem.

The fix is part of the finding

A finding that says "this bucket is misconfigured" starts a research task. A finding that says what to change, in which account, and what it will affect, starts a work item. Every practice in the library carries its remediation, which is the difference between a report your team reads and a report your team acts on.

Written for what you actually run

The library covers the conditions that recur in real estates — the quiet ones that accumulate rather than the exotic ones that make conference talks. New practices are added continuously, and when one is added it is evaluated against your history as well as your present, so you learn how long a condition has existed rather than only that it exists today.

Age is the signal nobody tracks

That a problem exists is one fact. That it has existed for ninety-one days, across two reorganisations, is a different and more useful one. Every finding carries its lifecycle, which is what turns a list into a trend and what lets a report state "forty-seven items have been open longer than ninety days" as a fact rather than an impression.
